Chrome has not been opening consistently for me. I do a little work on my laptop, then try to open Chrome and it just doesn't respond. When I click on the icon on my desktop, the blue cirlce pops up for about 3 seconds then goes away and nothing happens. Restarting helps, if I have to restart everytime I try to open Chrome.
